Returns and Refunds

  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving your item.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it, provided it has not been used or removed from the original packaging.
  • Opened, unsealed, and used products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit OR a partial refund (with a 30% restocking fee deducted).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Return Procedure

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or mystery items.
