At Scent Décor, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped from the distribution center closest to your location to minimize transit times and enhance delivery efficiency. Qualified FREE shipping is available only to the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. protectorates).

Order Cancellation Policy
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service via email at support@scendecor.com.
- We will make every effort to accommodate order cancellations before shipping.
- Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but it can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Duties
For international and Canadian orders, all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order directly on the package, and it is at the discretion of customs agents to release your package.
In rare cases, customs agents may cause delivery delays. To release your order from customs upon arrival, a payment may be required. Customs charges can be paid by credit card or COD (cash on delivery). Failure to pay customs charges may result in the order being returned to our distribution center.
